Our comfort-ready flats are fully furnished and equipped, providing a home from home. They come with everything you need, right down to teaspoons and bed linen. All you have to do is move in. The flats can be flexibly and easily rented online for a minimum period of a week.

The medical centre will be another highlight of the Gartenpark Korneuburg. Offering 2,700 m2 of space, its primary focus will be to support health and wellbeing and to detect and treat potential disorders at an early stage. It adopts a one-stop-shop principle, designed to give the centre’s visitors and patients the option of undergoing all their chosen examinations on a single day.
Organised over two floors, the medical centre will house 41 modern and fully equipped consultation rooms, as well as a radiological facility featuring state-of-the-art X-ray imaging equipment and an MRI. It is also planned to establish an operating theatre for use by all the physicians with practices at the centre. And finally, the centre will also house a separate ophthalmology area with attached dispensing optician and a medical supplies store.

Planning is currently underway for the Herbert Suites Hotel, featuring 34 suites and 2 penthouse suites in the Gartenpark Korneuburg. With modern furnishings, fully equipped, and up to 150 m2 of living space, guests in the suites will enjoy the luxury of their own balcony or terrace.

300 underground parking spaces with 300% capacity utilisation spread over 24 hours: this is the successful formula for the underground garage beneath the Gartenpark Korneuburg. The intelligent parking system, ensuring each space is used several times in a single day, guarantees optimal capacity utilisation and low operating costs. From just 3 euros a day, residents and visitors can park their vehicles safely and inexpensively in the generously proportioned underground garage at the Gartenpark. The garage is also close to the Korneuburg railway station, making it ideal for commuters and patients at the medical centre.
